Fine-grain steel

Excellent wear properties and high strength of the mulchers enable lighter machines and reduce fuel consumption.

Short chaff bar / shark fin

Ensures uniform crushing of all particles and thus a homogeneous mulch. It is self-cleaning and replaceable.

Vario system

The Vario System allows you to adjust the mulcher to your conditions thanks to its optimal intake and housing form, variable PTO shaft speeds, an infinitely variable Vario cutting bar and the swivelling support roller.

Double spiral rotor

Running with high quality of cut and shredding using less power and saving energy.

Automatic belt tension

Trouble-free and low-maintenance operation due to the efficient design of the automatic belt tensioning system.

Freewheel in gearbox / oil motor

All Müthing mulchers with freewheel in gear box or protected in hydraulic motor = Protection for the mulcher and the drive unit – maintenance-free and long-lasting

Tangential toolholders

Lift the rotor over obstacles and thus protect against unbalance.

Europe's agricultural machinery manufacturers have to manufacture their machines in accordance with CE machinery directives. One of these CE machinery directives is entitled: "Thrown-object test and acceptance criteria for flail mulchers as per ISO/WD 17101-2".

Mechanical lateral shift

Manual adjustment of the mulcher to the tractor track or to move the unit sideways - provides the ability to work around posts and trees.

Hydraulic lateral shift

Mulching at an offset to the side of the tractor provides flexibility for trees, access zones or other obstacles (optional).

Height adjustable support roller

Allows different cutting height adjustment - for an even mowing pattern and for best mulch distribution.

Infinitely height adjustable support roller

Enables precise cutting height adjustment on any terrain - for an even mowing pattern and best mulch distribution.

Experience novel pasture care with the Type-C. The mulcher is not only labor-saving and cost-effective, but thanks to the environmentally friendly composting, the healthy soil biology is promoted.

Thanks to the two small chopping bars, the so-called shark fins, an even shredding of all particles takes place and ensures a homogeneous mulch. The short chop bar is self-cleaning and replaceable.
